How do I search the Wiki?

This one's easy! There's a little box in the upper right of the screen. Type what you're looking for in there and the wiki will search all the pages looking for it!

Type in names of interest or places or whatever! If you get no hits, try typing just a single word and see what hits you get. The wiki is not so big yet that it can't be searched very quickly, even with surnames (though of course MacLea or McLea wouldn't be particularly helpful!).

You can also navigate around the page by following links until you find what you're looking for. Eventually all people will be connected between their grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. So, when navigating around people, just find someone you know and try to link from there! The front page includes our ancestor who immigrated to the USA, and his relatives up and down the tree. If you know how you relate to him, try starting with him and working up or down. If not, try a search in the box for your first name and see where you end up!
